Our Process
1. Material Selection
Choosing materials can feel overwhelming when considering factors such as your usage, preferred color palette, and personal taste. Rest assured, we’re here to assist you in selecting the ideal material and color for your new countertops. We will need rough dimensions for your countertop as well as, sink selection, edge profile, radiuses, and overhangs. Please make an appointment to visit our showroom and see our slab selections.
2. Quote
Once we have all the details of your countertop project- we will provide you with a quote based on your selections. We aim to return quotes in approximately 48 hours. Please review the quote and let us know if there are any changes that need to be made. When the quote is approved, we ask for a 50% deposit to order your material. The balance will be due upon completion of the project.
3. Templating
Prior to cutting your material we measure and/or template your countertops to ensure that we make them the exact size for your countertop project. The digital templating is done once new cabinets are installed or old tops are removed from existing cabinets. We will schedule the template once a deposit has been made.
4. Fabrication
The digital template is sent to our computer software program where it is then double checked against drawings and measurements. The dimensions and layout are sent to our CNC machine. This is where our craftsmen cut, miter, glue, and assemble your countertops to the specifications of the design.
5. Installation
Your installation will be scheduled after your template is completed. We aim for 2-3 weeks from template to install but an exact timeline will be confirmed during the ordering process.
Our installers will need clear access to the project location. Please remove any obstacles and make a clear path to the installation location. The installation team will be happy to answer questions but please be mindful of their time and allow the installation team to focus on your installation.
6. Happy Customer
Our installation team will do everything possible to make sure your countertop installation goes as smoothly as possible. We ask that you inspect the countertop(s) for any defects and the workmanship. If there is something that you see that you are not satisfied with, please let us know right away. We are committed to customer service and customer satisfaction. When you have sufficiently inspected your countertops, we ask that you sign off on your installation and pay the balance due. Now enjoy your beautiful new countertops!
